This laser is seriously impressive! When focused it can burn wood instantly, pop balloons, light matches, cut electrical tape and thin paper, etc. Definitely get goggles if you want to use it. I’d say its anywhere from 1.6w to 2.0w.
I am primarily using this when I am hosting star parties to show people what we are looking at through the telescope. The beam is very clearly visible
