Returns within 30 days from delivery date can be for exchange at our discretion. Any returns past the 30 day period will be refused and comply with our warranty policy.
כל ההחזרות דורשות מספר RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), אנא צור קשר תחילה עם שירות הלקוחות שלנו לקבלת RMA שהונפק. 

Sanwu lasers can only be return and exchanged for the same type or fixed for any problems. All sanwu lasers are made by request, so we can’t accept a return for refund.

כל המוצרים המוחזרים חייבים להיות בקופסאות מקוריות ו-100% שלם, עם כל חומרי האריזה המקוריים, כל המדריכים ואביזרים אחרים, אחרת החזרות יסרבו. על כל מחסור, שגיאה או נזק שנגרם למשלוח יש להודיע לשירות הלקוחות שלנו לפני ההחזרות.

Return Shipping fee should be paid by the buyer. We will decide whether the good can be refunded when according to the actual condition. If we approve the return request, please use the most economical way and ship back to the address we provided. Only shipping for incorrect items delivered to the customer, then shipping cost is at our expense. When we get the package back, we will deduct the shipping cost and refund you.
