Returns within 30 days from delivery date can be for exchange at our discretion. Any returns past the 30 day period will be refused and comply with our warranty policy.

Sanwu lasers can only be return and exchanged for the same type or fixed for any problems. All sanwu lasers are made by request, so we can’t accept a return for refund. When Sanwu get the return, they will fix it or replace it then send to our warehouse, after we carefully check, we will ship it out to you.

Tous les produits retournés doivent être dans les boîtes d'origine et 100% complets, avec TOUS les matériaux d'emballage d'origine, tous les manuels et autres accessoires, sinon les retours seront refusés. Toute pénurie, erreur ou dommage causé à l'envoi doit être signalé à notre service client avant le retour.

Return Shipping fee should be paid by the buyer. We will decide whether the good can be refunded when according to the actual condition. If we approve the return request, please use the most economical way and ship back to the address we provided. Only shipping for incorrect items delivered to the customer, then shipping cost is at our expense. When we get the package back, we will deduct the shipping cost and refund you.

The refund amount will be deducted from the transaction fee (around 5%), which will be charged by the gateway. If you pay in non US dollars, there may also be additional exchange rate losses. It should be noted that the above fees are not charged by us, but rather by the gateway/issuing organization as upfront non cancellable fees.
